Living a nurtured life.

Nurture – An Enormous Hug

An Enormous Hug

nurture  [nur-cher]  /ˈnəːtʃə/

verb.    to nourish, cherish, cultivate, care, develop, educate, protect, sustain, encourage, inspire, promote, stimulate, boost, enrich, strengthen, embrace, value, revere, honour, treasure, love.

The word nurture is such an enormous hug that lifts me up and supports me to become the very best version of myself.  So, without any hesitation, the thought of living a nurtured life inspires me to learn, curate, integrate, evolve and share the kaleidoscope of living wisdom available to us.

I hope that in some small way I’ll positively touch your life, and that my life choices will create a ripple effect that nurtures me, my family, friends, community, and our living planet.

The aim of the potpourri of wisdom on this Nurtured Life website and Nurture Notes Blog is to inspire you to also live a nurtured life.

curator [kyoo-rey-ter]  /kjʊ(ə)ˈreɪtə/

noun.    a keeper, custodian, steward, guardian, caretaker, conservator, protector, shepherd, a person who refines and selects the best from many possibilities.

Within our multicultural, indigenous, and intergenerational communities there is an enormous depth of knowledge and skills that will empower us to live regeneratively and consciously interconnected with nature.

I’m always inspired by the practical wisdom that is developed and crafted through generations of trialing and refining.  This multifaceted learning underpins our ability to nurture ourselves and our living planet.

So, my goal is to be a Curator of Living Wisdom and steward this human Know How now and into the future.
