Self Care
Over the years, I’ve come to see self care and wellness as something we grow, gently and intentionally, just like our gardens. It’s found in the quiet rituals that anchor us, the herbs we gather to soothe and heal, and the small acts of self-kindness that help us feel grounded and whole.
When we focus on self care, we can be the best version of ourselves for people we love and who important to us.
This is a space to explore nurturing practices that support our health, physically, emotionally and spiritually. From healing teas and calming balms to seasonal rhythms and simple mindfulness, I’ll focus on creating space for rest, restoration and balance.
Here, the focus is not on our gardens, but rather on ourselves and one another through people care.
Have a gentle day!
